An assortment of dapper suits and bejeweled gowns graced the Oscar red carpet Sunday evening, however, four shone a little brighter than the rest, making them the best dressed of the night.
Jennifer Lawrence amazed the red carpet in a white Dior dress, with slight circular dented patterns from her strapless neck line all the way to the train. Fitted at the top and big and flowing at the bottom, the gown brought out her eyes and complimented her fair complexion. The light blue eye shadow also made her smile and eyes pop. The simplicity of her hair in a bun topped off the look.
Alicia Vikander wore a baby blue beaded and jeweled Elie Saab dress, along with light blue diamond earrings to match. The color popped out just enough on her fair skin. Her hair was put up in a small bun, which helped to bring all the attention to her gown and face. Her make up was very light eye shadow and medium red lipstick.
Quvenzhané Wallis dazzled the red carpet in her dark blue Armani dress, complete with a pearl head band, pearl earrings and a puppy dog purse. Since not many child actors are nominated for an Oscar, her bravery in wearing a puppy dog purse on the red carpet is admirable. Her hair was curled up into a bun.
Amy Adams wore a blue/grey Oscar de la Renta dress, with corset style top and flowing ruffled bottom, along with matching earrings and bracelet. Her make up was light pink eye shadow with a light pink lipstick.
