By Stephanie Corral |Staff Writer| Traditional waffles have always been a tasty morning breakfast, but now healthy eating changed the game by introducing protein waffles. The difference between them is the protein added to the waffles. In majority of the recipes, the protein that is mixed in is whey. The recipe of my favorite protein waffles consist of oats, whey protein powder, baking powder, one egg white, one-fourth cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt and one TB of milk.
