By Emmanuel Valadez |Staff Writer| The CSUSB Student Recreation and Fitness Center (Rec Center) offers free group fitness classes for all CSUSB students and SRFC Members. This quarter there are a large variety of workout classes offered from Monday through Friday, starting Jan. 12, and ending March 27. Some of these classes include Yoga, Zumba, even Mixed Martial Arts. The very popular Boot Camp class is designed to be an intensive full body workout, where you can burn up to 550 calories.
