Accounting majors assist students with taxes

By Adrian Carlos |Staff Writer| Many students wait on them and some students are dreading them in fear of owing money, taxes are an annual Russian roulette. Our school offers a great solution for students looking for alternatives to paying their taxes because of financial restraints or for students who are a bit timid and unsure of filing their taxes by themselves. Janet Courts is in charge of the VITA group here on campus, thanks to her expertise in the Accounting and Finance department.
