The Wellness Center, along with the campus' partners, has launched You @ CSUSB where students can self-evaluate their wellness and access other campus resources. The platform consists of three domains: Succeed, Thrive, and Matter. Sonia Martinez, who is the Wellness Supervisor of the Recreation and Wellness Center, said, “Given our seven dimensions of wellness on campus (Physical, Social, Intellectual, Financial, Emotional, Spiritual, and Environmental), we categorized each dimension of wellness to fit into the three given domains." Winter quarter 2020 is coming to an end and finals are rapidly approaching. Each student experiences college differently, juggling school, work, and their social life, and emotional self-care is essential for mental well-being. As college students, most of us have to deal with the daily stressors of school, work, and life.
