The Wellness Center, along with the campus' partners, has launched You @ CSUSB where students can self-evaluate their wellness and access other campus resources. The platform consists of three domains: Succeed, Thrive, and Matter. Sonia Martinez, who is the Wellness Supervisor of the Recreation and Wellness Center, said, “Given our seven dimensions of wellness on campus (Physical, Social, Intellectual, Financial, Emotional, Spiritual, and Environmental), we categorized each dimension of wellness to fit into the three given domains." Refusing to not go without manicures, wax services, and getting my hair done has given me the “Do It Yourself” (or DIY) spirit. Here's how you can treat yourself at home. Winter quarter 2020 is coming to an end and finals are rapidly approaching. Each student experiences college differently, juggling school, work, and their social life, and emotional self-care is essential for mental well-being. As college students, most of us have to deal with the daily stressors of school, work, and life. This can put a strain in our mental, physical, and emotional health as there is usually little to no time for self-care. On top of that, not many people know how to practice self-care.
