What better way to kick off the fall season than to head to Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch with family or friends!  The Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch is located in Redlands, at 32335 Live Oak Canyon Rd, and welcomes anyone that is looking to make fun-filled memories. Prices range between $10-$12 for General Admission depending if you go during the weekday or weekend. Kids ages 5-10 are $5 and Senior (65+ with a valid ID) is $7, and parking is free. The festival itself was held in between the backside of the Smiley Library and the Lincoln Memorial Shrine near downtown Redlands. “I had always dreamed of having an outdoor art festival modeled after La Jolla or La Quinta where you bring in artist, professional and otherwise for the weekend”, said Shirley Harry, Chairman of the Redlands Festival of Arts board. Bringing beer to the community

These breweries have created a new wave of people from the community that have switched from macro to microbrew companies and thereby are eliminating the need to rely on getting beers from macro breweries. From apparitions of a boy swinging on a swing at Mariposa Elementary School, to hearing footsteps run across the stage at Prospect Park to an even more frightening demonic face that appears inside The Barton Mansion. Hangar 24 AirFest

The AirFest is a recent addition to the city of Redlands that has been put on for the past four years at Redlands Municipal Airport, which is located just across the street from the Hangar 24 Main Brewery. Shakespeare Lives!

By Robert Klimper |Staff Writer| A Midsummer Night's Dream, a comedic Shakespearean play, brought humor, drama and a bit of magic to the stage of Blackhawk Theatre at Citrus Valley High School, from Feb. 16 until the 25th. The play was put on by the Honor Troupe at Citrus Valley High School, which is given the name due to the actors being held to a higher standard with tougher plays. A major component of A Midsummer Night's Dream is fairies in a forest casting magic and playing tricks on humans that wander into the forest. CSUSB professors Thomas McGovern and Juan Delgado, along with professor Raul Acero from the University of Redlands, collaborated to make the exhibit possible. Delgado specializes in poetry, literature, translation theory and creative writing. McGovern specializes in documentaries and photography.
