Marijuana use doubles among Americans

According to a recent study, in the years 2012 and 2013 use of Marijuana doubled from the ten years prior. The number of adults who use Marijuana rose from 4.1 percent to 9.2 percent between the years 2001-02 to 2014, according to CNN. The study was conducted on interviews with over 36,000 American adults and was sponsored by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA).
