Chris Paul, one of the league's most coveted point guards, was a Laker. Step one of preparing for the post-Kobe Bryant era was complete, and the Lakers finally had a piece to their puzzle that they had been missing for years. This week I will look at The Salted Pig in Riverside, CA; click on the map to the right for directions and check out my blog below. Located next to the municipal center of Riverside is an exquisite burger bar that specializes in pork manifestations and craft brew.
