Disability Sports Festival hosts their seventh year at CSUSB

By Mike Sessions |Staff Writer| Every year CSUSB hosts the DisAbility Sports Festival to help raise awareness of numerous physical activities for those that are disabled. This year proved to be another successful event, bringing in hundreds of attendees to participate and join in on one of the more underrated sporting events in the world. Ashlynne Macan |Staff Writer| Last weeks recap. The gentlemen of Sigma Chi Fraternity would like to thank everyone who came out to support their Broomball event. It was lots of fun. The Ladies of Lambda Theta Alpha Sorority are still tabling and opportunity drawing tickets this week to win a $25 gas card and other prizes. By Ashlynne Macan |Staff Writer| Last weeks recap. The ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha raised awareness of breast cancer, which seemed to go great. Also the ladies of Kappa Delta Sorority hosted a “See a Flick with a KD chick” with local girl scouts troops and from the pictures I’ve seen it looked like they had a lot of fun. So what’s new in Greek life this week? On Mon Oct. 24, 2011 the ladies of Lambda Theta Alpha Sorority will be tabling and selling raffle tickets for baskets and an auction that they have coming up.
