By Andres Ibara |Staff Writer| Bullied youth taken to court (April 11) A sophomore with learning disabilities from PA., who has been bullied for a year at his new school, was charged with felony wiretapping and found guilty in court of disorderly conduct. The boy, currently unnamed, used a school-issued tablet to get audio-recorded proof of the bullying. After showing his mother the recording, she reported the bullying to the principal, but the principal had the youth arrested for wiretapping.
