By Nathaniel Lastrapes |Staff Writer| Indianapolis Colts backup linebacker Josh McNary was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 14 for rape, criminal confinement, and battery resulting in bodily injury to a 29-year-old woman according to the Indianapolis Police Department. McNary, 26, took the woman back to his apartment after her shift at a local bar at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 30. The woman was, allegedly, physically assaulted and raped before she managed to escape the apartment with McNary's cell phone. Walk-off balk ends Coyotes’ baseball playoff hopes
After Sonoma State runners advanced into scoring position on two separate wild pitches in the bottom of the ninth, third baseman Jeff Boulware scored on a walk-off balk, ending the Coyote's season in a 3-2 loss. The uneventful call given by homeplate umpire Rob Hansen was at the expense of Coyote reliever Josh Pond, who had just struck out pinch-hitter Danny Dworkin, putting the 'Yotes one out away from winning their first CCAA tournament game since 2002.
