By Seungkyung Baek |Staff Writer| Overcoming Anxiety – a workshop with specific instructions, including, managing daily stress and learning relaxation techniques for healthier life, took place on campus. When people think negative thoughts or ideas, it leads to a chain of stress and anxiety issues. Then they choose to procrastinate to avoid anxiety. The workshop provided information for students to properly behave and take control of their minds.
