Student Natasha Flores was at the Circle K gas station, and it cost her $60.00 dollars to fill up her car. Flores and many other students are trying to budget their money just so they can drive to school. “I don’t know if it is the taxes that raised the gas prices, but I know it is ridiculous,” said Flores. “The gas prices may go up to $5.00 a gallon this summer,” according to ABC7 news on Monday.
