From music to television shows to a clothing line, Tyler the Creator does not take his “creator” moniker lightly. In the early years of his career, Tyler was known to be controversial and “out there” compared to the rest of his hip-hop colleagues. He was known for posting viral tweets without any concern for consequence and had no problem trolling whomever he came into contact with. But for the last couple of years, unless he is blessing his fans with new releases, Tyler has been quiet on social media. He did just that in July when his new album "Flower Boy" was released. Following the release of "Flower Boy," Tyler premiered his new show on Viceland, titled "Nuts + Bolts," … [Read more...] about Tyler the Creator conquering the industry

Community Flower Show and Garden Tours
By Yesica Gonzalez IStaff WriterI Flowers were people's expression, on Saturday, April 8 in Downtown Riverside. Riverside residents held the 70th annual Community Flower Show and Garden Tours during the whole weekend. The event held a tour of the garden outside, a session about tips on floral designing and during the first few hours, there were judges examining all flowers from different categories. There was a section for the youth, on all types of specimens and multiple range heights for plants. A few of the judges were Arleen Raysor and Pat Clayes. Students reflect on their V-Day expectations
By Adrian Carlos |Staff Writer| Empty promises, frustration due to gift prices and anxiety can ruin what should be a wonderful Valentine's Day. Our campus has a wide variety of personalities, all of which are conscious of our financial situation as students. Not to worry gentlemen. I asked some of the ladies of CSUSB what their thoughts and expectations were on the holiday and they had plenty to say about their Valentine's Day expectations. What is the expected amount that a guy should spend on a date? Thoughtful and … [Read more...] about Students reflect on their V-Day expectations

But what should us guys do for our significant other? Don’t worry! I have your Valentine’s Day guide covered, Coyote style. The first step to creating those wonderful Valentine’s Day memories is through careful planning. Then take her out to a nice dinner,” said Carlin. Student Michael Moody said, “Flowers. You can never go wrong with flowers.” Even … [Read more...] about CSUSB’s gentlemen give Valentine’s tips for their significant others
Celebrating V-day with your sweetie
By Marina Rangel |Staff Writer| Valentine’s Day is here, and for nearly a month we’ve all walked through the stores past the aisles splattered with pink and red, pondering if you’ll have a valentine, what your valentine will get you or what you should get them. But what can one say about a holiday that is celebrated by many and hated by some? The answer is simple. You can say a lot. Valentine’s Day means different things to different people. Hopeless romantics like myself value it and yet, there are many couples who choose not to think much of it. “It’s something where guys get to be really creative once a year for their girls,” said student Lwin Oo. Of course, ladies don’t … [Read more...] about Celebrating V-day with your sweetie
