Animal Collective’s “Painting With” Album Review

It is their 10th studio album, following the success of their last album "Centipede Hz." They hold a creative aspect in their art, drawing multiple influences from both electronic and pop music. On Nov. 12, Blood Orange released his new album Cupid Deluxe. This album is so versatile and creative, many musicians praise him for his passion and artistic vision. Students pull out their Halloween costumes for Escape from Wonderland

Insomniac is once again bringing Escape from Wonderland back from the dead on Oct. 26. As the new quarter begins, students are dragging their feet to get to classes. Although the holiday seasons are just around the corner, students are trying their best to finish their homework and start working on their costumes, so they can escape to Wonderland. “Visions” is a Grimey mess

Canadian songstress/producer Claire Boucher, who goes by the stage name Grimes, released her third album Feb. 21. The record, Visions, honestly sounds like the official soundtrack to ADHD. Though artists have the right to use their music as a form of expression and artistic freedom, Grimes’ record is more of an artistic piece of trash. Grimes’ vocals throughout the entire album are high-pitched and baby-like which only proves to be freakishly annoying.
