No School Spirit here

By Andy Quintana |Staff Writer| I am ashamed to admit that I have no school spirit. It’s not that CSUSB doesn’t put out great student events because it does. I believe something that keeps students from showing school spirit might be indifference. I need to learn how to overcome indifference and to have pride in my school. Eco-Friendly at EcoFest

By Dawnika Lopez |Staff Writer| CSUSB celebrates environmental health with an annual EcoFest on Oct. 18, proving that respecting the earth can be fun. This event was full of positive vibes, making new friends, new memories, and protecting our beautiful planet. According to event coordinator Tess Webster-Henry, EcoFest gives people a better understanding of impacts on our environment, the importance of sustainability. EcoFest showcased solutions to environmental issues that confront our society. CSUSB focuses on a green environment

By taking actions like increasing energy efficiencies, reaching renewable energy goals, diminishing solid waste and reducing water irrigation our campus is getting one step closer to a clean environment. Facilities Services of CSUSB also create events like the EcoFest and PowerSave Green Campus (PSGC) to celebrate a sustainable lifestyle.
