Local Super Smash Bros. Tournament

By Arthur Medrano |Staff Writer| CSUSB students and local gamers took part in a Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament at a local brewery, where they spent their time competing and enjoying a cold refreshing beer.  The event was held on May 12 and put together with the help of San Bernardino's Generation Now—a social club that devotes its time to help the city prosper with small activities that impact the arts, recreational and economic projects by shaping the culture around us. A total of 22 players took part in this double elimination tournament, which uses a bracket system to give a second opportunity for players to make a comeback. Dirty Radio hosts first annual Localpalooza at Brew Rebellion

 By Nicholas Linares |Staff Writer| A legendary day of craft beer, music and vendors came alive on April 15 at Brew Rebellion in San Bernardino. Local band, Syndicates kicked off the festival with a bang as people indulged on craft beer and endless amounts of food. With an enticing $10 all ages pass, the brewery brought out several hundred people to experience the local beers, businesses and music. High-class food for less at the Back Abbey in Claremont

Located at 128 North Oberlin Avenue, it the perfect spot for a tasty gourmet burger and a craft beer you cannot get anywhere else. Being a resident of Claremont, I felt it was my duty to enjoy all the splendors I have heard from others about the Back Abbey.
