Screen Shot 2015-07-01 at 11.50.12 AMDr. Andrew Bodman—previous CSUSB Provost—explained his post-resignation plans in an email to faculty on June 30.

Bodman has “elected to retreat to faculty,” as he stated in a campus-wide email to all faculty members.

Bodman will return to teaching in Spring of 2016 as a professor in CSUSB’s Department of Geography and Environmental Studies.

The official establishment of Bodman’s position will begin in the fall and the reinstatement of teaching will take place after the traditional two-quarter “retooling” period, as stated in the email.
