police car leftThere was an incident on the CSUSB campus on March 8, at approximately 3:05 p.m.

According to a campus wide email sent by Vice President of Student Affairs, Brian Haynes, a student was making a phone call outside the Pfau Library when a man grabbed her from behind, placing his hand over her mouth and told her, he intended to take her to his car.

The student elbowed the suspect who ran off past the temporary classrooms, according to Haynes’ email.

The suspect has not been identified and is described as a possible Hispanic male in his 20’s, 5-foot-8-inches tall, thin build, and medium length, dark colored hair. He was wearing dark color shorts and a grey shirt, according to the email.

“University Police are still searching for the suspect on the campus. Please take appropriate precautions if you are the campus at this time and report any suspicious activity immediately to University Police at (909) 537-5165,” stated Haynes in the email sent to all students and faculty.

If you have any information regarding this case or the others that have occurred recently please contact the University Police at (909) 537-5165.

This is a developing story and will be updated as new information is obtained by the Coyote Chronicle.

Vice President of Student Affairs, Brian Haynes, has admitted (18 March 2015) to tampering with an Executive Order 1097, investigation against VP Brian Haynes and Sandra Vasquez. Haynes not only interfered with an investigation on his acts and office, but Haynes also concealed criminal allegations through a financial/education fraud on the CSUSB campus. Haynes admissions are the least unfavorable crimes that Haynes admitted to date. Sandra Vasquez, as the Student Ethics Development Officer, gave patently false testimony.
