“San Diego College bus accident”
A bus carrying the San Diego Christian College men’s basketball team sparked into flames Sunday morning in Chino Hills, after being rear-ended by a local resident.
The driver of the vehicle died at the scene after ending up underneath the tour bus.
All 19 members of the team, and bus driver escaped the fiery crash.
“Stanislaus deputy killed”
A 20-year veteran to the police force was killed on Sunday in Stanislaus County.
Deputy Dennis Wallace was shot at point-blank range according to Foxnews.com
The suspect 36–year–old David Machado, was arrested hours later after trying to rob a convenience store.
LAPD takes a stand
The Los Angeles Police Department has stood firmly against changing their immigration policies, even after President-elect Trump has promised to deport millions of undocumented workers.
“We’re going to maintain the same posture we always have,” said LAPD Chief Charlie Beck told CBS Los Angeles.
“We don’t make detentions or arrests based solely on status, whether that’s immigration status or any other status,” added Beck in CBS interview.
“Shooting in Fontana Park”
On Tuesday night, two men were shot near a park in Fontana.
One of the victims was shot and pronounced dead while being transported to the hospital, the other victim was hospitalized and received treatment according to Abcnews.com
The incident is being investigated, as there is yet find the suspect or suspects who committed the crime.

The driver of the vehicle who hit a, 8-year-old boy out front of Grand Terrace Elementary school last week was taken in to questioning.
Detectives determined there was “no criminal intent to make an arrest,” even though, Gloria Rosales, 50, left the scene of the accident according to The SB Sun.
With not enough evidence to hold Rosales, the authorities has sent the case to the District Attorney for review.
