A letter to my Queen: Cherie Caston-Newt.. The greatest thing that a mother can give her child is love. Throughout my entire relationship with my mom, she has rooted for me and encouraged me to be the best man that I can be. She is truly the inspiration behind all of my life aspirations. Faculty Senate Meeting Introduces Concern for Student Engagement

On Feb. 19, the faculty senate discussed the engagement of students and whether or not students are satisfied with their tenure here on campus, solutions about improving the interface of Blackboard were also apart of the discussion. As the meeting started, Karen Kolehmainen, College of Natural Sciences Representative and Chair of the Faculty Senate, presented a review of the previous meeting’s minutes. Also, other senators around the room presented updates and highlights about the respective colleges. Who is the Coyote Man?

The remix of Luis Fonsi's Despacito stops and lights finally fill the Coussoulis Arena. As soon as the referee blows his whistle to announce the start of the game, students jump out of their seats and start chanting. Mesmerized by the volume of the chants and screams and the scene of the blue waves of fans in their CSUSB sweatshirts, kids have forgotten that they have snacks in their hands.
