With finals around the corner, the Coyote Chronicle created a list of ways that students can reduce stress. In this generation of college students have a great access to a wide variety of communication with fellow peers. One great tip would be to create a study group since not many people like asking questions in class, peers may be able to work together to answer questions. In study groups, this enables students to be on top of reviewing notes, helps the individual learn while teaching others and vice versa. Breaking the stigma about major issues is essential in freeing an individual to become their best self. Mental health is an important aspect in our daily lives and should be discussed without judgment. Many people suffer from issues and do not speak up because they do not feel safe or fear of being judged. Domestic violence is a pattern of behavior used by one's partner to maintain power and control over them.
