Korean Culture Night was hosted by students in the Asian Studies and Language Exchange Club. The event focused on South Korean culture, and traditional Korean food, like Bibimbab, was provided at the event. The Bibimbab is made from cooked rice mixed with many vegetables and gochu-jang, a red hot pepper paste. The president of the club, Russell Morgan tasted it and said, “It is really hot, really, really hot,” as he turned bright red.
