The San Manuel Amphitheater, located in San Bernardino and formerly known as the Glen Helen Pavilion, was a full house on this beautiful Saturday evening. The band is currently on their Great American Road trip tour and made a stop in San Bernardino to perform some of their most famous songs for their Inland Empire fans. Local rave moves from San Bernardino to Devore
By Suu Elen Manzano |Staff Writer| The rave show Beyond Wonderland should not have been moved from the National Orange Show (NOS) Events Center in San Bernardino. The event will be held at the San Manuel Amphitheater located in Devore. A similar event hosted by Insomniac Inc., generated millions. With so much money that can be generated, the city should really reconsider moving this event. “Nocturnal Wonderland 2011 generated $11.7 million in direct expenditures in San Bernardino County, after adjustment,” stated Beacon Economics LLC. CSUSB students battle it out in Battle of the Sexes

CSUSB’s very own students battled to answer this question last Wednesday night during “The Battle of the Sexes” game show. The event consisted of two trivia games, two eating contests, four physical challenges and two improvisation challenges, which included singing. Electronic dance to come to San Bernardino’s Glen Helen Regional Park
By Mariela Limon |Staff Writer| San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors will allow Live Nation, a live entertainment and eCommerce company, to host up to four electronic dance shows a year in the San Manuel Amphitheater located in Glen Helen Regional Park. According to Bret Gallagher, president of Live Nation for the Southern California region, Live Nation “is the worlds largest promoter of concerts.” In hopes of creating more excitement for the fans, Live Nation plans to, “expand the number of shows that they offer at the venue,” said Keith Lee, director of regional parks department at the board of supervisors meeting on Jan. 29.
