Cold winter days got you feeling SAD?

By Erica Wong |Foreign Corresponding| As the temperatures dropped, everyone was taking advantage of the time off from school to travel and prepare for the holidays. Everyone except for me. I found myself sad and unmotivated—unable to get out of bed to do little more than shower and make ramen. I stopped answering phone calls and I found myself sleeping around 18 hours a day, but I still felt exhausted. This went on for almost three long weeks. The melancholy of the long winter days is something that affects us all, but it hits some people harder than others.
