The exciting blockbuster movie soared to number one and earned $70.2 million during its opening weekend, according to the IMDb Charts. This horror movie soared to number one in the box-office and raked in $26 million during its opening weekend, according to the IMDb Charts. “Evil Dead” is a remake of the 1981 cult classic, “The Evil Dead” directed and written by the well-known and talented Sam Raimi. Hansel and Gretel turned into epic modern-action adventure

By Shannon Luster |Staff Writer| "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters," the movie, takes the old-fashioned fairy tale Hansel and Gretel and gives it a modern twist. This action/fantasy/horror movie written and directed by Tommy Wirkola, stars Jeremy Renner as Hansel and Gemma Arterton as Gretel, soared to number one in the box-office and raked in $19.7 million, according to the IMDb Charts. Hansel, Gretel, and other characters use modern languages such as "yeah" and "gonna," but is offset with a historically accurate set that looks like something straight out of the 17th century.
