Strongest Coyote Challenge
By Shane Burrell |Sports Editor| With competitions like the Iron Coyote, Swim the Bear, and the Mile High Challenge, we sometimes forget about the competitors that are concerned with pure muscular endurance, but the Strongest Coyote Challenge is going to change all of that. The Student Recreation and Fitness Center (Rec Center) has created a competition for men and women so that they can test their strength and endurance as competitive lifters. Attempted sexual assault at CSUSB’s Pfau Library

The victim was able to resist the suspect, who fled the scene. Vice President for Administration and Finance, Douglas R. Freer, released a statement describing the suspect as a, "Hispanic male, 19 - 21 years of age, 5-foot-7-inch to 5-foot-8-inch height, 135 -145 pounds, with curly black hair and no facial hair." Rock wall seeking new climbing enthusiast

The Rec Center and rock all staff are looking for another member to be a part of their team as the new rock wall instructor. The rock wall is 1,000 square feet, 34 feet high and is open for all students and members of the Rec Center. The Rec Center provides shoes, harnesses, and chalk bags for anyone that is willing to climb after the informative session that provides detailed rules and safety tips for all participants. Although this might seem irrelevant to most CSUSB students it is important to take into consideration when we decide to take spontaneous trips to the Los Angeles area.
