When was the last time you took a breathing break? Life can quickly become an overwhelming factor. There are proposed coping strategies that assist with everyday stress. For example, taking a two- to three-minute breathing break and listening to peaceful melodies. Riverside celebrates the Day of the Dead

Riverside hosted the annual Day of the Dead Festival on Saturday, November 2, 2019. This event has inspired original creations, from art, music, dance, and performance. This historical festival comes to life each year in the heart of Riverside. The Riverside Day of the Dead festival honors those whom we have loved and lost. The event was the 16th annual anniversary of this traditional cultural Mexican celebration: Día de Los Muertos.
